PAYMENT TERMS
All items must be paid for prior to dispatch or on delivery.
EFTPOS and Cash facilities are available at our office and on site for your convenience.
EASY PAY AUTOMATIC BILL PAYMENT PROGRAM
Available for simplicity of ordering. Please request, fill out and return our Credit Card Authorisation Form. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement.
CREDIT PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE
Please quote your invoice number for all over the phone payments.
RETURNS
Please check your order, item codes and descriptions carefully. We do not usually accept returns for change of mind or incorrect order placement.
Return of goods (other than in situations where Web Industrial is required to accept a return of goods under the Australian Consumer Law, must be approved by Web Industrial. These authorised returns must be freight prepaid and will only be accepted if they are in a saleable condition and (unless otherwise agreed with Web Industrial) the goods are returned within 5 days of when Web Industrial has approved the return.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURN CLAIMS
The Buyer must notify Web Industrial by phone on 0481 392 752 or by email to sales@webindustrial.com.au within 2 business days of receiving delivery of the order.
RESTOCKING FEE
Web Industrial reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $10 for goods returned with a value less than or equal to $100
or
20% of the value for goods returned if their value is over $100.
Web Industrial will not accept the return of goods specifically purchased, manufactured, machined or cut to size or to the Buyer’s specification other than in situations where Web Industrial is required to accept a return of such goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
SPECIAL ORDERS EXPRESS FREIGHT
Urgent orders which require express airfreight must be paid for in full at time of order placement, prior to dispatch.
Web Industrial will not accept returns for these items other than in situations where Web Industrial is required to accept a return of such goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders over $100 (Perth Metro)
All orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 (Perth Metro)
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries run from 6am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Web Industrial will not leave orders unattended at a home address, worksite or office. All deliveries must be received and signed for in person.
The buyer may elect a suitable time when they are available to receive the delivery. A confirmation text will be sent along with a reminder one hour prior to the delivery.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ORDERS
If, at the buyer’s request, orders are to be left at a designated address in their absence, the buyer must complete an Authority to Leave Orders Form.
Web Industrial accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to the goods.
ABANDONED DELIVERIES
Items will be returned to our office should no one be present at the scheduled time to receive the delivery.
The buyer may then choose another delivery time or arrange for items to be picked up by appointment from our office.
Please note a flat fee of $10 will be charged for a repeat delivery.
*This fee applies for orders over $100 and is in addition to the standard delivery fee charged for items under $100.
SITE SAFETY
The buyer is responsible to ensure reasonable and safe access for deliveries. In cases where this is not possible, the buyer may meet the driver and receive the delivery at the roadside entrance nearest to the property or worksite.
URGENT ORDERS SAME DAY DELIVERY
Urgent delivery may be requested for orders placed at less than 2 hours notice.
A flat rate urgent delivery fee of $10 will apply (Perth Metro). *Free delivery for orders over $100 will not apply for urgent delivery requests.
FREIGHT FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE PERTH METRO / WA / OVERSEAS
Web Industrial distributes products Australia wide.

PICK UP
Orders are available for pick up at our Canning Vale office, strictly by appointment.
Pick ups may be scheduled anytime between 6am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders may be placed anytime 24 hours 7 days per week by Email, Text or Facebook messenger service.
Orders may be phoned through from 6am to 8pm 7 days on 0481 392 752.
Please note that orders placed after 12pm may not be guaranteed for next day delivery especially if outside our standard Roof Plumbing Range.
Standard Web Industrial Range items detailed in the Top 100 Roof Plumbing Catalogue are generally available for immediate pickup or dispatch, and qualify for urgent to-site delivery. *charges apply.
We welcome all Trade and Industrial supply orders outside the standard roof plumbing range and will price and source within 2 Business days. In most cases special request items can be delivered within 2 Business days, depending on Wholesaler availability.
